Please kindly tell me what to do, I am arefugee from Cote D"Ivore with my wife and two children. I have my family in Canada and they ask me to come to Canadian Emberisiy, I want to Lagos office and they ask me to go to Abuja but I dont have money to go to Abuja with my Family.

I wish to state that i have for a long time nursed the unending ambition of emmigrating to canada to do my graduate studies - refugees and migration studies, which in fact has direct bearing with my present career as an immigration officer, however,my greatest challenge is funding hence am married with 4 kids.What could the relevant both the canadian and nigerian authourities do to assist ambittious people like me?.please respond.
I received a form on the above subject after i was refused visa on mv application i was asked to complete all my details and sent back to accra which i did in April 2010. The form was dated 12/4/2010 and up till date no reply. I have tried several times on the e-mail address to accra no success. Have the e-mail of Canadian High Commission in Accra changed? I went to lagos i was not allowed to talk to any embassy staff by the security personnel. I tried to call but the Nitel lines were not ok please what a current tel of Canadian Commission in Lagos. Please help me.
