I've just renew my maid's passport on 1st March 2012.
Firstly, it is compulsory for all employers to open a personal account for your employee(s). Deposit all the outstanding wages before applying for the Extension of Passport. Account should be opened at the Public Bank Berhad, in consideration that there are branches in Cambodia. Pls accompany your employee to the Embassy for interview, and to bring with you the following documents :
1. Application for Extension of Passport/ Agreement of Extension of Employment (Email me to get the scanned copy of the Agreement for Extension of Employment)2. Passport of the Employee. 3. Bank book with the outstanding wages. 4. Old contract between Agency - Employer - Maid 5. Employer IC (photocopy) 6. Proof of Address of Employer (Tenaga/Telekom bill)

chan, i did before. just use western union. what you need is to fill in recipient name and address. then you tell the recipient the pin and your name (this is required for verification when the recipeint want to withdraw the money from the bank).
The question now is do you have the recipient name and address. My maid luckily has a brother in law that can speak english well so I can get his name over the phone.

My maid passport will be expired on 26/5/2013. Her permit will end on 15/8/2012.
She intent to stay with us for another 2 years i.e until 15/8/2014.
