I live in Vietnam Ha Tien town. Kien Giang province sin year of 2001. I have not get any paper provide by local gov. In nearest time , to accept money send from overseas, with so hard effort I only get provisional Residence book.
I still have problem with overseas country: they need english . I only have Cambodian old ID card (1991), I had been sent to them too
So please help me translate this ID to english with emergency needing. I will fax to you. Note: you phone number can not accept call, I had try not reach.
