We get assign to join trade fair in Phnom Penh on 3th-8th Jun, but our staffs in Vietnam they are no visa, could you recommend if our staff can’t get Passport book before 3th Jun.

I am a pakistani national working for an Australian University, but based in Pakistan. I am travelling to Vietnam(HCMC)between 10-13 November on business trip, and already have got a visa from the embassy in Pakistan. I have to go to cambodia for a day to two as well for buiness purpose but there is no emabssy in Pakistan. Can i get a visa from the Cambodian consulate in Ho Chi Minh? if so how long does it take and what are the fees and documents needed?
