Why's it so impossible to find someone at the embassy?
I'm just curious, how does everyone get their visas? Apparently, those countries with embassy will not be eligible for Visa on Arrival. So how does this work when we aren't qualified for VOA, yet we can't get service at the embassy? Is there some other way that people are doing to get their visas? Are they not tourist-friendly? Please help as my trip is early February...
