Good day.i have a friend who was married to a local bruniean.. they got married hereb in the philippines by an imam, but unfortunately the merriage didnt work out and the local bruniean abondoning them.my concern is that how can they oblige the local bruniean to give his resposibilty by giving his monthly allowance to his daughter.where is the right place for them to seek help.thank you.hoping that your office could help my friend
