Hi.
My wife, currently in Manila, worked in Brunei from September 2007 to September 2008 and now she needs a Police Security Clearance for that time in Brunei in order to apply for a Canadian Family Sponsorship Visa.
Can she apply at the Brunei Embassy in Manila personally? What documents will she need to bring. How much is the fee? How long does it typically take to receive police clearance document?
Thank You very much for your help.
