TRANSIT VISA - URGENT INFORMATION REQUIRED
I AM TRAVELLING FROM INDIA TO BOLIVIA . FIRST BY ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES FROM NEW DELHI TO SAO PAOLO (BRAZIL ).AFTER A HALT OF 15 HOURS AT SAO PAOLO I TRAVEL BY BOLIVIAN AIRLINES FROM SAO PAOLO TO SANTACRUZ (BOLIVIA ). DO I NEED TO HAVE A TRANSIT VISA FOR BRAZIL FOR THE STAY OF 15HRS .IF I AM ALREADY IN BOLIVIA WITHOUT A TRANSIT VISA NOT OBTAINED INADVERTANTLY ,HOW TO OBTAIN A TRANSIT VISA FOR BRAZIL ON MY RETURN JOURNEY WHILE HALTING FOR 15HRS AT SAO PALO TO BOARD THE ETHIOPIAN AIRWAYS.
