Dear Sir,
I have applied for business visa for going to Botswana around 20th December 2012. But to my surprise, your emabssy is closed since 25th December 2012 and not opened on 3rd January 2013 also. The guard at the embassy says he does not know when the embassy will open, which is a pathetic situation and there is no notice on the outside of embassy, when it will open.
In the meanwhile, I have to go to Oman on 6th January 2013 and my visa and air tickets have come and I do not have the passport, which is lying in your office for the last 15 days. I would request you to kindly open the embassy tomorrow i.e 4th January 2013,so that I can take back my Passport and go to Oman on 6th January as otherwise it will be huge loss for me for the air tickets and loss of business etc.
Kindly open your embassy on 4th January 2013 to allow me to withdraw my passport, even if your visa is yet to be entered, since I have time to get your visa after I come back from Oman and I have to go to Botswana only towards end of January 2013.
