We would like to book hotel for 5 nights near your office or Central Board of Irrigation and Power, New Delhi. We are attending conference on Tunneling Asia. Hence, we are not able to find reasonable hotels.

I am trying to enroll in the M.phil program in Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, Tirupati, AP, India, as A self funding student I don't have any approval letter from the Royal Government of Bhutan, and also i think it is not necessary for Bhutanese as Indo-Bhutan relationship is so good.
The authority here asked me to provide the Memorandum of Understanding between the two countries regarding edication.
Therefore it would be grateful if Sir could kindly advice me.
