Enquiry about NOC to work third country
Dear Sir,
I shall be more clear in the system for those bhutanese wanted to work third country, if you provide me the detail.
The fact ! I have attended the interview for the post of Shift Incharge in one of the Ferro Alloys plants of Malaysia at Kolkotta, India. I was selected and the interviewer officers who were also worked before with me at pasakha, Bhutan had confirmed me the selected candidate and they will be sending the visa and appointment order very soon as well as for medical. However, since i ve bhutanese passport with me, they have asked me to provide No objection Certificate (NOC) from bhutanese ambassy to work outside, as I ve attended the interview which is through india and meant for Indian.
Therefore, what should I to provide? where to process or where farther I required to inform? If your esteem office could provide me the information would be grateful,

Thanks Yours
Sincerely,

Ngawang Dhendup

application regarding B,S,A
Subject: application regarding B.S.A in our college.
Respected sir,
With due respect and humble submission, I on my own behalf of Bhutanese students studying in E-max group of institutions would like to lay down few lines under your kind consideration.
We have heard about Bhutan Student Association and its benefit for all those who have studied so far, still studying and planning to study abroad. Though B.S.A has been formed in our college lately but did not successes as we wish to do. Knowing that we haven’t got any incentives from that hitherto. We didn’t get any response regarding the assist given by the B.S.A in Bhutan, thus we have perished all our export on the sea. Aforementioned shortage might have occurred due to an error of the head of BSA in particular college and we don’t blame BSA in Bhutan for that, but still then if sir could clarify our doubt, it would not only benefit us but also those who will study later/ in future.
We shall feel highly obliged if sir could take in account the interest of us, we are waiting for your straight response.
Yours Sincerely,
