Belguim is a country with the worst visa process for Ethiopian. I will never advise someone to go to Belgium. They have wrest colony history to our African Brothers and pls don't apply visa to Belgium. You have to pay 3000,-birr and insurance 2500,-birr the result is "no visa" sheet!!!!

i am Muluneh Endalew from Ethiopia.I am now workig in Mizan-Tepi University as Information Technology with rank of lecturer.i have morre than 7 yeras teaching exprience.I got my first degree in IT from Mekelle University and My second degree from Addis Ababa Universsity in Health Informatics.Now, even if i need to follow my Phd program kin health informatics,it is not given In Ethiopia as Phd Level.
