The core responsibilities of this role include managing the administrative and academic duties in the college, organizing work activities, responding all requests which comes from both Ethiopian Ministry Of Education and from Amhara Technical , Educational and Vocational Agency, settling negotiation programs with the students and their parents regarding the teaching and learning process, communicating with the District Administrative persons about the education and clinical service delivery systems.
In addition to these responsibilities, I have also taken on the additional duties as a clinical physician and officer in the medium clinic.
During my time in this role, I have organized the clinic in the way it serves the public better, have made it one of the members of franchised medium clinics by Maries topes International.
