I live in Kansas City, am a Banker work full time. I need to give my power of attorney to my cousin in Bangladesh immediately. It is very difficult for me to come to NYC for that only. What is the process to get it done through mail.

I am a USA-Bangladesh.I and my wife need the visitor visa for Bangladesh.I/we got visa already for three times already.Should I go the the Consulate office for this.Or I can mail my Visa Application and USA passport.Should I enclose any other documents ?
