At the day 25.02.2009 year, from side of your team of EVN “Vasil Glavinov” Skopje R.Macedonia unlawful lock-out of electricity net in my flat, and was changing the electric counter without my knowledge or some information about it.
At that time I was at home, and I ought to go to the store. Going out of my flat, down at the door I met your team from EVN, I ask them-is there any electrical problem because in my flat theres no electric?-
They ask me-are you living in apartman number 6-, so I answer- yes. They told me about changing an old electric counter, and put new, so I told them that’s OK, because I`ve already petition at 12.02.2009 at them main-building KEC “Vasil Glavinov” and I ask them to come special team of EVN to test my electric counter.
At my answer, they answer to me that changing the electric counter was because I was stolen the electrical. It was the biggist lie, so I cant believe it. They make their own paper-note, and they want of me my signature to put on that paper. I ask them – if theres some problems with my electric counter to this day, because I don’t belaive it (I control it, and also do it my neigbours) some EVN teams will see it to this day, because a lot of them controls the counters.
I also want to know why without my presence, and our president of hous-council, and if is true that, theres same damages or stolen of electric because that is out of law, why they don’t call the police on place and make some notes?
They make that job alone (as they wish) and the anything I ought to do is put my signature on the paper note, as they writing alone.
I don’t want to signature that paper, because that is out of law, and I told them to do their own job with respecting the laws of our contry. They laugh at me, and turn back and go away. So about their arogancy, uncultural manifest i`m still without electricity.
So if you want clear picture of all of this, i`ll teel you everything what happened including all of doing from your side (workers on the down, and workers at the top of your institute of EVN KEC”Vasil Glavinov” Skopje) and I also want to know from who or what kind of instruction are they working.
The things what I am doing is true, and i`ll prove it with some examples.
Yanuary 2009 in our building, at front-door where is the electric-counter, there was an exsplosion at counter at number 8 near to my counter, and one of your workers was harmed. Because of explosion all building was without electricity, part of neigbours were going down, where is a team of EVN , and they told us that soom wil be come more people and the damages will be sanitation. They put harmed man in the car, and theyre going whit him to the hospital. After that, other people come from EVN and doing the sanitation, including the test of outher electricy counters, so after that they told us that everything is OK with our counters as me and my neighbours see at that time.
If theres some problem with my counter that team of EVN will see at that moment, but they don’t say anything about it. They make their own control of all of counters, which is never locked or saved, and they told us that theres no damages.
A few days after that I have Januarys electricity bill, which is bigger that the others payment bill, I have all of electricity payment bill, years ago, and I have it like prove to regularity.
In this building, in this flat I liwe 20 years ago, and I use the same electricity counter, and I never have any kind of problems with that, because theres a lot of controles of EVN and the others services and nobody says that theres some problem with counteres at our building, specially with my elect.counter.
With yanuarys bill and my electr.counter was a difference about 400 kw (more at the bill). At the same time a control my counter, that it is OK, and have no other damages. After that, whi
