Hello how can I get student visa to Australia. I am from Fiji and I have finish my High school this year and now I want to study Financing and Bangking in Perth Australia.

I'm fooled by this guy. I saw his ad on Facebook. and I send him an email right away. I paid AUD125. and then I process my passport and all the stuff. and then he told me that he's on the process of my work permit and after a couple of days I didint received any reply from him. I am so disappointed giving my money without even searching if its real or not. well anyway, $125 is okay, I can still have more money than that, but the thing is, how about the people who's in need of money. and this is the only hope that they have to earn bunch of money. is there anyone here who can make an action for this? this is ridiculous! help us please!
am one of stupids people who paid 150$ for regional job au ryan agarwal and i was rec ivied an e-mail last week about getting my work permit and all documents but i ddnt get any things and now he ddnt answer my messages yes he got maybe thousand of $$ from people like us who dream to get job in aut and make good income ..i connect with this site and u should connect and make report ... http://www.facebook.com/DepartmentofImmigrationandCitizenship ...its what only we can do to know the truth
I have alreday paid and still awaiting the response of Ryan Agarwal. I've been stupid to beleive in that company, The Australian Authorities should trace and arest this guy and make his refund all these people he cheated. Why is the Australia Embassy silent on this matter???
I had looked through is email an mail him asking if I can be part of the seasonal scheme ,what replied from him that have to send my documents I did what he said transfered with a amount of Au$150 for my work permit..I was trying to email him for the updates but no respond call him no respond..
Learn from my mistakes..

I have been receiving the same message as commented by others here from this Guy he called himself 'Ryan Agarwal'. I have two options in mind when I came across this, first to google his name and company and find out whether or not it is a real company in Australia. The result I found was that there is no such company existing in Australia. I then thought of e-mailing the Australian Embassy in Fiji to cross-check whether or not this company as claimed by Mr Ryan has ever provided any work permit for interested people to work in Australia and whether or not any visa has been approved by the Australian Embassy for such applications. Before I did this, I came across this page and realised that there are others who also want to know more about this person. I then realised that this is a SCAM. 'WAISOU SARA'. Lucky I have not send any money he want.
My advise to others, please forget about working in Australia through this guy. He just want to make money on the internet.

This con mans e-mail hasbeen blocked and cell no also not working.Dun believe this guy is completely fraud.
mr ryan ,had take 150dollar from me ,he also send me a conformation letter ,and mail me that i send ur document on 29 ,but then i try to mail him but no answered from him ,and his mail was discuntinud ,cant mail .aus ambessy can help me ,pl mail pareshtailor91@yahoo.com

I would like to lodge a request to confirm to me that the above company is registered in the Australian Trade Commission. This is due to an application where they respond to advise on the payment method to confirm our position.Pls,this is urgent and request your urgent responce of the above today about this issue which we would like to confirm before proceeding further for the payment before the end of September.
