every body gets visa for australia due to every thing is money but here is no criteria for allow or not allow. please stop visa for abnormal, loose character, frod people for any country who are going for student or permanent residency visa.thank you

I am a Postgraduate Student at UTS and I am studying Engineering as major. Before i leave Nepal I got married. I have submitted all documents at Australian High Communication(NSW) for change of circumstances. And they have change my current status to married. Now i want to call my wife to Australia. How many month do i have to wait for the processing? And what are the process do i need to follow? Need your suggestion.
