Diplomatic Parcel Express Delivery Requirements
Dear Sir,
I, have been given employment by the Sheraton group in Australia and some forms were sent to me via mail to fill, i did fill them and sent them and followed all the procedures and I have been informed and instructed by the Australian Immigration and Border Protection Regional Process Coordinator that my diplomatic parcels contents have been fully received and they thereby confirm that my Australian emergency relocation package has been successfully processed and certified for express delivery.
They also indicated that my diplomatic parcel contents includes:
1. Business class flight tickets
2. Accommodation Detail/Receipt and Residential agreement
3. Australian certified work permit (4 years)
4. ENS Emergency work certified e-visa vignette (4 years)
5. Sub-class 457 e=visa evidence label
6. Appointment letter of Employment from hard copy
7. GHD Construction labour agreement and induction invitation and full training
8. Penal Clearance Certificate and diplomatic appointment parcel and everything has been sealed, approved for express dispatch to Ghana
Sir, the Australian Immigration and Border Protection Regional Coordinator also indicated that this is the final stage of my ENS emergency visa/work permit process as I have successfully passed through a series of processes earlier on. Please i want you to advise me on what to do as soon as possible before i can further anything thank you.
