I received a mail that I have been nominated for 2017 Global Special Humanitarian programme.
I gone through a series of processing but have finally being asked to pay 495 US dollars before an Entry Clearance Certificate is process for me. The following are the email address that sent me the offer: dfat-shpc@shp-border-gov.au.net and immi@shp-border-gov-au.net
please how genuine is this so call Entry Clearance Certificate and the global special humanitarian programme?
