Four times I have purchased tickets for my cousin to fly from Accra Ghana to El Paso Texas where she will finish her nursing education. each time they refuse to allow her to leave on some trumped up charge. I lost $3062.00 on the first two times and $207.00 cancellation fees on the last two. I sent her $700.00 travel money each of these times. She was told she had to go to Ghana emigration. She took a letter on C.I.A. Real Estate Service letterhead from me stating she would have a place to live while she continued her schooling. They told her that the papers were in order; but, she had to have $1300.00 in cash for travel money before they would let her board the plane. She is an Australian citizen and you allow a backward African country to dictate when and how your citizens can leave. Please have the courtesy to let me know ASAP.
