Nice day. Please Sir I am writing and hoping to solve my problem. I am an Iraqi phD candidate, studying and living in Malaysia since 2008. I got an invitation letter for participating in an international conference in Tirane, Albania. Today, i went to apply for a Visa in Albanian embassy in Kuala Lumpur, but they did not accept, because i have an Iraqi passport, where they advised me to contact with Albanian embassy in Ankara. Please sir help me for solving my problem. How i can get a visa from Ankara and i am living in Malaysia. Please advise me. Thanks a lot.
