Could you please assist me in obtaining a copy of my Birth Certificate. I was born in Nkana on the 30th December 1939.
I have tried unsuccessfully to obtain a copy of the certificate on several occasions.
I desperately need to obtain the same. If you could help I would be most grateful.
I can be contacted on (01) 672 0345 or on 082 492 1400
Many Thanks
