I have been looking for scholarships in different countries but my research mad no sense so I want to know whether there are scholarships offered by american universties for internationl students in the undergraduate stage or not and if not I want to know about the funding and the educational system in there to see what university fits my budget

I am the lead Advocate for our non-profit organization, we are a mostly virtual resource group that will locate and provide contact information, documentation, research, and mediation/court advocacy and support. One of my Senior counselors has requested we investigate the case of Johnny(or Johnnie)Whitley age 52 of Wilson,NC USA. He was offered work in Cairo and per his communications his boss/driver was involved in a fatal car accident(boss hit and killed pedestrian)and has been criminally charged. Your son should follow the steps listed in the link above. He will need to apply for a new I-94 form if this has also been lost.
A replacement visa is not required until the next time he re-enters the USA (the I-94 form is only document he needs to prove the validity of his status while he remains in country). The next time he leaves the USA, he should return to the embassy and apply for a replacement visa.
Dear Mr. Jackson,
My son Abdelraouf Elwaqad was granted an F1 visa and traveled to Daytona, FL. on Jan 1st to join Embry Riddle University.
Unfortunately, on Jan 4th he lost his passport but he was able to register at Embry Riddle because they had a copy of all his legal documents. We made a police report for the missing passport.
I, his father, was with him at the time. I then traveled to Washington DC to go to the Egyptian Embassy to issue a new passport for him.
They said that they will issue the passport but they will not take any action regarding the F1 visa and I would have to take care of it.
I would like to ask you about the procedures for issuing a new F1 visa. My son is at present in the United States at Embry Riddle University and I am back in Egypt. Kindly awaiting your reply.

اقدم اعتزاري واسفي فانا قمت تقديم الى السفارةالامريكية بتأشيرة الى الولايات المتحدةفي تاريخ 27|7|2011 وسافرت الى امريكا في 6|4|2012 وقمت هناك مدة لا تقل عن سنة وانا لااعرف القانون الامريكى لاننى هذه الفترة كنت متواجد في المستشفي هناك لاجراء عملية جراحية 2913 OLENTANGY RIVER RD COLUMBUS,OH 43202 ,في تاريخ 2012|19|9
ومعى مايفيد بذلك وعدت بعد ذلك الى القاهرة في تاريخ 12|6|2013ثم اقمت مع اسرتي شهرين وقمت بعدها بالسفر الى امريكا وفي مطار نيويورك فوجئت اننى خالفت التأشيرةو حققوا معى في المطار ورغم رجوعى من المطار وانا محتاج هذه الفترة لاننى كنت بعانى من الم العملية فكنت محتاج الى شهرين فقط للكشف مع الدكتور المختص وفوجئت بان التأشيرة قد الغت فأنا أكرر اسفي للسفير الامريكي وكل من يعمل بال سفارة الامريكية لاننى كنت لا أعرف اننى قد خالفت قانون التأشيرة فأرجو من سيادتكم ابلاغي على هذا الموقع eyada_moustafa@yahoo.com
