Signature Certification As a result of recent HMRC legislation requiring investment companies to obtain self-certification forms from investors, I (a British citizen) require a certification of my signature on a one-page document. I live in southern Germany, near the Swiss border and would like to know where I can get signatures certified by a Consular or Embassy official.
