UK VIsa
My friend was refused entry at London Heathrow today as they did not believe him for his purpose for this visit as his ticket was for 6 months. I want to know how quickly can he re apply or get an entry clearance to visit me and would it be best if it was a shorter period.

american husband looking to travel with me to uk home for a visit
hi, in December last year my then boyfriend was traveling to the UK via London to visit me. Unfortunately, they didn't think he was a legitimate visitor and so put him on a flight back to the USA. My question is, now he is my husband and we are planning to visit home this Christmas but we are worried he might not get into the UK again because of last time. Does the fact that we are married help him to get into the UK for a visit home? Thank-you for your help.
