I applied for British citizenship in the month of February this year ,for my daughter,among the documents that we had to provide was her Italian passport .My daughter who has booked a visit to the U.K,for the end of August is now without any means of travel ,.I have tried in every possible way to speak to someone or for information about this problem but to no avail ,can anyone help as her holiday in the UK is booked and paid for . All I want is her Italian passport returned ,how can we get it back ???
