Insolvence advise
I am a british subject liveing in germany !! My wife died sudenly with cancer nov. 2013 ?? As she was at full time work we took out a credit & I am get € 650.00 a month ? Becaust I can not pay the credit back I have a Insolvence case against me !! I had a heart atact in may 2013 & am inverlid & need a car to get about ?? The court says that I am not allowed a car & will take it away from me ?? I am normaly a fit man but can not walk far & can not strand without get bad pains ?? The bus service here is good but to walkk & stand waiting causes me to much pain ?? I just do not know who I can turn to so can you please advise me ???
