May itanong po ako dito na po kami nakatira sa pilipinas this year lang ngayon po nag rrenew poako ng pinas passport kaso po hinahanapan po ako ng ( indentification of certificate at oath of allegiance. .. san ko po pwedi makuha ang mga ito?

Dear Sir/Madame:
I am confused about the details of information in my visa. The dates indicated are from Oct 14 until Oct 28, 2013. However, it also indicates 5 days in the duration of stay. Can I stay there beyond 5 days, example 7 days without violating any rule? Please clarify. Thank you.
