I really wonder if inquiries here ever gets responded however, I would like to try.
I had a mutual decision with my fiance' to visit first Switzerland before finally saying "I do's" hopefully this year. This is to get a feel or at least have an idea about the place where I will potentially live in the future. So, my question would have to be, do you ever get interviewed even briefly at least before they make decision whether your application is approved or rejected? What are one of the underlying reasons why it may be rejected or shall I say, what are the closest qualifications to get approved. Thank you!

I would like to ask regarding the "Tourist Visa Requirements in Switzerland. I have a friend there in Switzerland and they are willing to give me a sponsorship because i have to attend the wedding of his son. I'm a Filipina and also my friend but my friend is a immigrant already and married to a Swiss national.
How many months/weeks/days of processing my Tourist Visa? Who will buy the airplane ticket? is it my friend who is based there in Switzerland or is it okay if i buy my ticket here in Philippines?
