Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Tatiana Shevchenko. I am applying to the University of Friebourg, CH in the middle of September. The admissions department requires me to send in a certified copy of my Bachelors diploma, which I received from Franklin College Switzerland in Lugano as well as my High School diploma which I received from George Mason High School in Virginia, USA.
The admissions department stated that the certification of the copies of my diplomas must be done by the nearest Swiss Embassy or consulate.
I am currently residing in Chisinau, Moldova,and I would like to know if it will be possible to have my diploma copies certified at your office.
Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
