I need to know how after the EU and US impose sanction to Russian and Ukrainian official how their assets were taken and Swiss claims neutrality? I ask this only because I wish to make a future business model that REQUIRES true neutrality on all issues, and political process and opinion will not affect the business model nor the process, please give me references so I can do the reference and make an informed opinion on the matter.
