im princess alpha i have a passport in the phil. i have a boyfriend sri lanka boy he is working now at saudi how can he get a tourist visa to go here in the phil. after his vocation me and he were getting maried to sri lanka he ask how to get my visit visa or tourist visa to came his country.for our married and to stay with his family

I am Maricel Cuyos from Calumpit Bulacan (phil).last feb.24,i was about to leave the country to visit my fiance in srilanka when i was at the airport immigration they interviewed me about tourist visa.i presented all the document that i have in my hands,but then they still looked for supporting documents of my fiance.i presented my tourist visa from ETA proof of photos with my fiance and his family and his invitation letter and my roundtrip ticket.they told me that i must present a authenticated invitation letter authenticated birth certificate of fiance his working visa,and his passport copy and his OEC.my question is if i do have all this documents will i be able to travel for my tour?i just waiting for all this original papers.but i was told that his OEC is not included in the documents he sent,can i be allowed to travel without his OEC.i told my fiance that his OEC is 1 of the requirements needed immediately he went at the he went at the embassy and asked if he can get his OEC they told him that OEC is not needed as long as you have the other documents..i hope you can help me

I am Yolanda Gomez and I had an approved ETA for Sri Lanka but I have not used yet. The reference No. is 140912GI2292408. Am going to SL on Feb 8 and when I applied visa online, it says already have a visa ( the one issued in Sep 2014 but not used yet). Is is still Valid and no need for me apply for a new one.
Please advise.
