what are my rights being married to a spanish citizen working in australia for 26yrs and moving all of our assets to spain when retiring from work being togeather for 38yrs and going back to my husband country which is spain to live out the rest of our life in his town being subjected to abuse sexualy mentaly and physcially being told by the husband that i have no rights what so ever in his country which is spain goin to court not knowing the language and not understanding what was said and then asked to sign papers at the court house in his town and not being entiled to any assets that we both have built up in 38yrs togeather now myself the wife is homless with no help whatso ever from the spanish government which i feel is very very discriminated against myself. please i would like very much for a answer back thanking you
