I would like to visit Spain again. These days I need a visa since Australia is not a member of the EU.
But the Spain's consulate seems to have no interest in tourists since they NEVER answer their phone. Anyone works there? Or a case we couldn't care less perhaps? Or a bureaucratic nightmare? Take your pick. Most unimpressed!

Get up to date with Technology.
They tell you to go online to book an appointment to renew my passport yet there is no link to make such an appointment. Sorry to say but this site honestly needs to be revisited to make things easier. Everything is so much harder now since Covid and you're making it even worse for residence to renew passports. When are you going to enhance with the times and have online passport renewals.

Why?
Why would you think anyone decent respectful caring Australian would want to visit your country of Spain when I see this (please see the link) of what your countrymen do to innocent animals. I will never visit your country. Yes we have some similar horrible animal practices in this country, but I cant escape Australia, I was born here and am a citizen of course. I still fight the powers here that let animal cruelty happen just as I will with any country in the world I will fight against animal cruelty. But after reading all of the comments above that people have emailed to you, it just makes me think that you are a useless race of people that dont care about anything or anyone. Pity all of you.
Regards, Michael

No answer to emails
I have sent three emails to Mr Manuel Cacho Quesada expressing my disgust at Spain's animal torture festivals. I have asked him to justify the extreme, sadistic abuse that tens of thousands of animals endure for the amusement of savage, bloodthirsty and barbaric Spanish people. I have not had a reply.

Not HAPPY JAN!
WOW! what a mission! I have been trying for over 1 month now to book an appointment to renew my Spanish passport. I live in the NT and am working a full time job. My passport runs out in April and I'm running out of time. I need to let my work know I'm not available but I need to confirm a date and time. This is So frustrating. My dad that is Spanish has also tried to ring and when he did get ahold of them they were like what everyone else said. RUDE! please Spanish Embassy clean up your act! you are our only resource to Spain! If I could fly and go somewhere else I would! but apparently Sydney is the only place I can as thats where I first got it 10 yrs ago.
PLEASE EXPLAIN!!
