donosti cup 2012 san sebastian- Spain
My son has been preparing for that tournament for over 6months now. The tournament opens next week on 2nd july 2012 and we applied for a visa over three weeks now. Up to now no response, where is the problem? tell us what is lacking and we work on it. It is becoming late!

How long does it take to process visas
My sons wanted to participate in the donosti cup tournament this year. We together with their school coach have applied for visas about two weeks ago but we have no response today. How much longer are we going to wait when they should be travelling next week?

JOB VACANCIES
I have never seen any vacancies advertisement for the Spanish Embassy. Do you advertise? I would like to work in your customer care or marketing and change the face of your embassy positively.

Cost of Visa
Cannot locate information about the cost of obtaining a tourism visa to Spain, and your online presence is bare-knuckle. Please consider having an informative website with such basic information - in this day and age, your lack of even a minimal online presence with such basic information is inexcusable.

Visa Query
I am a US passport holder, going to IESE business school for one week in September. I will attend classes for that ONE week, then take time to visit the country for another week. Do I need a Visa because of the one week 'Student' aspect.

Rude Visa Officer
I called to make an enquiry for visa on behalf of my colleague who is in Uganda today at around 9.30am (I hope you can track the relevant visa officer I spoke to). She was extremely rude and told me my colleague's name does not sound familiar. I explained that the name doesnt need to sound familiar but she should check your records to see if the embassy received her application but she still insisted that her name does not sound familiar. What kind of reasoning is that? When I told her I have the application number she still told me that her name was not familiar. When I complained about her service she hung up on me. Can you please train your staff in professional etiquette.
