STUPID MERCEDES
You are arrogant and stupid to treat people the way you do everyday at the so called Spanish embassy. How did you get that job?,I´m sure it´s because you know influential people. What are you still doing in Africa if you can,t stand serving people living here?. By the way, did you hear about the financial crisis going on in your POOR country?,Spain is now a pale shadow of the empire it was MANY centuries ago...so BEHAVE.It,s not SWEDEN or SWITZERLAND.Even a common African like me will not think to become an illegal immigrant in Spain at the moment.Show respect to people and be professional:it will compensate your UGLY face. BITCH.

Complaint About Treatment at Your Visa Offices in Nairobi Kenya
I have just returned from your consulate offices and I must say that in all my adult life I have NEVER received the treatment i received. The Spanish lady was abrasive from the very beginning of our engagement and at some point starting speaking in Spanish. She dismissed me without a proper adult conversation ever as I complied with all documentation i was asked to present. Surely is this the way to treat people who are visiting your country. What kind of treatment then should I expect in Spain? This was totally uncalled for. Muema Muindi, MD

Arrogant, Rude and Unreasonable Spanish woman
I have stopped my daughter from going to Malaga for her 2 months intensive spanish language course because of the way and manner we were handled for 3 days at the embassy. Why accept to be subjected to such arrogance because of a visa? what is so special about going to Spain anyway?. We could go somewhere else and spend the Euros which SPAIN needs desperately now....! this woman is ugly, arrogant, frustrated and pit-hole empty upstairs... ..dump bitch..!GO BACK TO SPAIN AND ALLOW SOME COMPETENT STAFF THAT WORK.

Very rude staff at your embassy
There is a very rude woman but the name of Amanda who is working at your embassy. Is it possible for the ambassaduer to do something about it
Style up Amanda, you are just ajunior officer and some of the people you are rude to are quite senior. One of this days you will lose your job.
