Dear Consular,
I write on behalf of my family to inform you that owing to the immense challenges we have experienced in arranging internal flight to and from our intended resort destination of LAS PALMAS and BARCELONA, on our Spanish leg of our stay in the SCHENGEN area arising from difficulties usually associated with summer travels, we are most inevitably compelled to plea FOR CHANGE IN DURATION OF STAY from our previously 21 days applied for and approved to 27 days which will safely accommodate the extra number of days occasioned by this flight issues and allow us a short stay in our final destination of AMSTERDAM in the SCHENGEN area.
You may also wish to consider as additional information that in achieving the currently possible itinerary we have had to prepay for the flight to and fro LAS PALMAS – BARCELONA and two (2) segment of four (4) accommodations arrangement in the BARCELONA phase of our stay.
Please note, this request if kindly considered and graciously approved, we will not extend our duration of stay beyond the VALIDITY PERIOD OF OUR VISA and VALIDITY PERIOD OF OUR HEALTH INSURANCE for the entire planned visit to the SCHENGEN AREA. We thank you most sincerely while looking for the best assistance in this regard.
