My daughter plans on going to Spain to be an au pair for about 6-9 months. She is doing this through an international au pair program. We need to know exactly what type of visa she needs for this, whether student visa, work visa, etc, and the requirements for obtaining the visa. We have been told that she would have to take many expensive Spanish classes to obtain her visa and I need to have all of this verified. Thank you very much for any help you can give us.
This is the worst case for an office of any kind, but when you include bureaucrats who are rude and always on vacation, this office takes the prize. Bad example for Spain. I am ashamed to say I am spaniard. Close this office or remove this consular.

I took a mediterrean cruise which included Barcelona. Our poorly planned cruise missed Barcelona and I never saw it. I was so disappointed. Do you have any brochures or videos that I would be able to see. I want to go again so that I can see what I had looked forward to.
Thank you.
