Why delhi embassy is so slow in issuing the GWP?

This is bala. I applied Perminent Resident spouse visa at 4th APRIL. When I am getting my visa? My application require any attachments.
Mr.Shijo, You and your friends who have applied with you, have you guys submitted the revalidated DD???
GWP they collected today from embessy nearly 20 to 25 but who all rarest of them

if you have applied on Jan, you just visit the high commission in the given time i.e., 15:30 to 16:30, they will return your expired(DD usually is valid for 3 months)DD back to you, if you take that DD to your bank they will re-validate it for you (15min work). so once you submit the revalidated DD-your Visa processing will take around 5 working days.
Maruthi,congrats for ur visa,when did u apply? we have got only 17 GWPs till date,applied in january 7th and 14th. the SA embassy in Delhi is dead slow
GWP issued only one today ...for jan applicants
