Hi,
Its been a 3 month now and there is no update for my CSV visa. I thought, consulate will clear visa before Christmas vacation begin because we already plan for next year early January travel. Could you please suggest who can help me to reach the consulate officer and get the exact deadline or update.
I hope, Visa officer will understand the situations of people who have planned something for their career.

I have applied in October but still there is no update from Embassy
I applied for CSV in second week of Aug 2018, till date status shows "it received consulate general of Republic of South Africa- Mumbai"...Not any updates...As 60 working days already over...But not any updates on visa status ???
Has anyone received CSV filed around 7th August?
Hi There,
Please be informed that VISA Processing is very slow as it says 60 days processing time and its adhering to the same.
so plan well as these guys will take exactly / almost 60 working days for you visa processing for dependents.

I have applied for dependent visa for South Africa at Mumbai on July 2018 and till date there is no update. I have also wrote a request letter to speed up the process but still no reply.
Can any one guide me what else can be done in this situation?
I applied for Dependent visa on Oct 11 and still yet to recieve update. Any one got depedent visa in recent times?? What is the processing time for Depedent visa...My travel date is approaching :(

No replies, no progress nothing. Mail the Minister of Home affairs directly in SA and complain ... minister@dha.gov.za

References is DHMU/170918/0022/01. I am waiting from last 2 month and there is no change in status since September it-doc received.
Please help me out.
