Visa form are available to all Tcs visa services.
Tell your wife to go with doc to any Tcs branch so they can tell her where to go. In Lahore Tcs visa servise is near Hejaz hospitl near by hafeez center in Gulburg.
Embassy rejecting visa because they thinking tht south africa is becoming united state of south africa...lol
To apply visa for USA fees is 18000 rupees and they will give you date for interview. But south african embassy rejecting visa without intervew. I spoke to one of my friend working in homeaffair says this is wrong what embassy doing.
My relative permit rejected because i am staying awsy from my wife for more then 3 month....lol
They have nothing left to reject so they says you are away from your wife for many month.....lol
i gave them good answer on 3 diffrent fax number.
Guys try not to submit any doc now bcs u will b rejected . Better waitittle and then submit. Might they come right by that time....
Mera or meray relatives k ten visay reject houy hen last month .hum sab pehlay bhi 2 time south visit k liye ja chukay hen 2 bar tow tow years ka visa lag chuka he lekin embessy walun ko pata nhi kya ho gaya he kisi ko bhi visa nhi de rahay.

I BEEN SEARCHING OVER THE INTERNET TO DOWNLOAD VISA FORM FOR FAMILY VISA BUT NO SUCCESS. EVEN THE WEB ADDRESS I FOUND IS NOT WORKING HERE IN SOUTH AFRICA. THERE MIGHT B SOME RESTRICTIONS PROBABLY. I HAVE SENT ALL NECESSARY PAPER TO MY WIFE JUST WANT TO KNOW WHERE TO GET VISA FROM? MY FAMILY NOT SO NEAR TO ISLAMABAD THANKS IN ADVANCE

The normal period for issuing temporary resident visa is 30 working days from the date of submission. It also depends on embassy work load how long it will take. As far as bank statement concern, your brother already applied for visa so you have to wait for the embassy feedback and hope they issue the visa. No point to discuss now bank statement issue it should be discussed before submission to embassy.
