Slam to All,
Main reason why we not getting visa bcs most of u ppl dont know. Few month back one of our pakistani shoot one 10 year old boy in pretoria east when people was protesting for some issue.since tht thr is issue going abut this visa issue. Pople from that area kicked all pakistani from there most of them was injured . Police used tear gas nd rubber built to control them.
Since that happen embassy giving hard time here in pakistan.
I am contracor and i go in most of the country for work.
My wife and my two son are SA citizen by born nd pakistani poc holder but embassy reject my visa first time ever. The reason they give that i am away from my family for long......4 month.......lol
I am going kenya now and will get from there. Just waiting for my new police clearence report to come.
Does embassy give the original documents once they have declined to grant you a relative visa?
i haven't received my marriage certificate from embassy.
how do i get my original certificates

bhai sahib u are 100 percent right.....one of my friend he got south african visa from nairobi.....he is citizen now in sa.he applied visa for his wife in islamabad....they asked him how did he enter kenya ...he must show proof.....lolllllllllllllllllll.....how do u explain this ali bhai
Dear all.Embassy is open now a days.But because they are corrupt they are not issuing visa to even genuine cases.They put cases in pending and insist people to withdraw from application.I think we all should contact any higher authorities to tell them the situation of high commission in Islamabad
It's easy then your friend brother inform to embassy that he entered illegally by crossing border and got asylum and later on arranged fake marriage. After receiving nationality then divorced the women. So all the process was legal? Most of the Pakistani entered here like that. It also make difficult for the pak people you arrived here legally. But I will say embassy always issue visa who submit the real case. That's also the reason immigration policies are changing bcoz of that of illegal people who got citizenship. If your friend brother is entered south Africa legally then his first visa must be issued from south African embassy located in Islamabad.

south african embassy wo wjeeb o garib objection laga rahe hai jis ka koi jawaz nhi banta maslan mere dost ne visit visa applay kia jab k uska saga bhai 12 sal sai south african me passport holder hai embassy ne us ko reject kar dia aur reason me kaha k aap ka bhai hamare mulk me kese emter hoa aur nationality kaise le ye sawal to hamain pouchna chaiye un se ulta wo hum se pouch rahe hain k nationality kesi le south africa ki.

abbi bhai is how long we have to wait for applying visa.......??? plzz tell us for God sake. im really worried...is it like indian embassador is there and they r rigid ?? or therez any other problem...will it b solved??
