The rules are clear -
A. Bangladeshis intersted Visiting SA would require to get visa from New Delhi High Commission.
B. Bangladeshis interested to transit through SA to any other country (Swaziland etc) would need Transit visa to SA, which is issued from High Commission of SA at Colombo, Sri Lanka.
C. You can visit personally to India ornSri Lanka or can send your passport with necessary documentation through Courier (FedEx/DHL). For sending passport outside country, you need to get permission from Home Ministy.

According to South African Home Affairs, one can submit his application through courier or someone else (bearer).
For Bangladeshi nationals it has to be at Colombo, Sri Lanka. As not getting any response from the South African High Commission of Colombo, I’m planning to visit there. Those who are interested to submit there application and not getting any response can submit their application by me subject to visa fee and courier conveyance.

I am a Bangladeshi citizen and want to visit South Africa as a tourist. As far I know here has no South African High Commission. So, would you please let me know am that I allowed to lodge my visa application to South African High Commission Colombo, Sri Lanka? If so, then how should I apply, do I need to come physically or I can send through courier service if you have any authorized service in Bangladesh? Suppose if I have to come physically then how long does it take to process for a South African Tourist visa for Foreigner?
Please also provide all necessary information for tourist visa application.
