Fraudulent company Cine Vision Nepal
As you see from the posts here, Shyam Ghamal of Cine Vision Nepal claims that I, David Brenton-Wakelin of Diamond Dog Films am his associate partner in South Africa. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Shyam Ghamal and Cine Vision approached me months ago to try to gain access to South Africa for their shoot. He signed contracts with us and promised payment of said contracts and invoices when we helped him gain Visa's to enter South Africa. We did all the paperwork we required for his so called "Feature Film" and payment was promised verbally and in writing. This dragged on for weeks and we heard every excuse possible. Once he and his 6 member team had their visas we never got a cent for all our production work. They are still at large and we are doing everything in our power to stop them coming to South Africa. This is a warning to all Producers worldwide that Shyam Ghamal, Rajesh Man Singh from Cine Vision are fraudsters and possibly criminals using their “Film Company" as a front to gain access to countries. This is also not a single incident. With a little investigation we found that he was doing the same thing in Austria, Germany, South America and the UK. If they ever contact you again please decline their visa applications. To all Producers this is a strong warning against this company Cinevision Nepal. They will use and abuse your trust, finances and then never arrive, pay their bills or follow their contractual agreements.

Queries about visit visa
Dear Concern:

My husband is going to apply for a business visa and I want to go with him along with our 1 year old son. Please provide answer of the following queries:

1. Should I apply for a visitor's visa? If so, then what are the papers required for me and my son? Please note that, my son holds a separate passport.

2. Please inform me the duration of stay for a visitor's visa. Is it 90 days? Note that we are citizen of Bangladesh

3. Can we apply for the visitor visa while my husband's visa is still in process?

4. How long can it take to get the visa?

Best Regards,

Ayesha
