i was informed by the officer in immigration office of Romania that NO NEED for the visa if i have invitation .
Please can you help me to get the right answer if i need visa with invitation or i can enter Romania with invitation only [without applying for visa].
Buna ziua. Doresc sa calatoresc impreuna cu sotul meu in Thailanda. El este in Bucuresti si nu are viza de rezident in UAE ca mine. Este posibil sa vina in Dubai intii, apoi sa plecam in Thailanda,sa se intoarca inapoi in Dubai si apoi sa se intoarca la Bucuresti cu viza de turist sau ii trebuie alt tip de viza?
Very hard working and nice staff. Pleasant and professionals.
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above mentioned subject, kindly consider my case on special compassionate grounds. My name is Naseem Al Husaen passport no 007135109, Nationality Syrian, currently residing in UAE from 09-10-2012 to 23-04-13 on visit visa due to Political situation in my Country.
I have received a Letter of Acceptance from Ministry of Education to study in Politehnica University of Bucharest, in field of Technics for the academic year 2013-2014. (Reference no 45033/CMJ/29-05-2013). The academic year starts in October 2013.
In lieu of the same, I would require a valid visa for studies to pursue my education in Romania. I humbly bring to your understanding currently the embassy of Romania in Syria is closed. I am unable to process the same from supporting embassies in Jordan and Lebanon for the following reasons.
1. Once I exit UAE I will not be able to return to UAE.
2. In the current political situation to travel across to Jordan or Lebanon to obtain the same is also skeptical because I am not sure if I can gain entry to the countries as they are very stringent on entry passes for Syrian visitors and secondly I am not aware how long the procedure would take as I have no one in Jordan or Lebanon to help me in guiding through the procedure.
My only solution is to request for a visa from my current area of residence, where I stay with my brother, who is supporting me and guiding me through all my requirements. Hence I humbly request you to consider my case on compassionate grounds and assist me with my education visa as you are well aware of my country’s situation and my helpless plight. I need to educate myself to live in this future society.
I humbly pray to consider my sympathetic condition and help me with assistance of my visa.
Thanking you
Regards
Al Husaen Naseem
