If you are holding an USA visa you can get romanian visa very fast & easy. 2 photos, copy of your passp + original, copy of the USA visa, bank statement last 3 months, company letter,hotel and plain ticket reservation, insurance.
I am an UAE national and I'd like to visit Romania for a week. Please let me know the visa requirements.( I have 10-year multiple U.S visa)
Also please update the consulate's main telephone number as it seems disconnected (04-3940589)and assign an operator to respond to people calling the conuslate other number.
