I have requested for Police Clearance Certificate in getting a US immigrant visa, I sent formal letter indicating the reason and the required documents given to me by US Embassy Manila and mailed last April 28, 2011 to Department of public Security and General Administration, Ministry of interior, P.O. box 920, Doha, Qatar, but so far I have'nt received it yet.

My father secured me a visit visa. Now I need to submit my passport and printed copy of visa from my father to Qatar Embassy thru DHL. What other requirements do I need to submit except for the two? ID pictures, etc. How many days? Thanks.

I would like to know the right procedure. I will send my brother a business visa from qatar to philippines. What he need to do as soon as he recieved the documents/ visa.
He need to send his passport to qatar embassy philippines for stamping? How many days itvwill take ? thanks.
