we (21 of us) will transit in doha for 12 hours from jeddah to kuala lumpur. we holds malaysian passport. we need to stay a night in the hotel. we need a visa ? can we apply the visa in malaysia and what is the fee ? if at doha airport what is the fee ?

Dear Sir/Madam/Ms,
I understand that tourist visa will not be issued between 29-11-08 to 3-12-08 upon arrival in Doha Airport due to the UN conference.
My family will be going to Doha on 30-11-08, can my family apply tourist in advance in Malaysia before departure to Doha OR can i apply for them my self in Doha ( as I am working in Doha now )?
