I would like to ask if the rumor scattering about the procedure of Diploma/TOR stamping in Qatar Embassy is true.
This is in regards with the way of sending documents through DHL and has change to personally required appearance of the one who are applying for.
I am currently working in here in Qatar and my documents are in an agency. They said they cannot process my documents because it requires personal appearance. Is there any other way, or if the rumor is true. I personally bring my documents from my last vacation on May this year to the agency, for I am applying a professional visa here in Qatar so that I can bring my family and to work and live with me here.
