THE CONSULATE IS THE WORSTE PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TOO BEEN TRYING FOR HR'S ON END TO GET THROUGH TO MAKE AN APPT ONLY TO BE TOTALLY FRUSTRATED BY THE PROCESS I JUST CANT GET IN TO MAKE AN APPT. I WENT THERE FOR HELP AND WAS TOLD TO JUST USE THE ONLINE PROCESS WHICH ISNT DOING ME ANY GOOD...THE STAFF ARE IGNORANT UNHELPFUL AND LEAVE ONE WONDERING WHAT TO DO WHICH IS HWRE IM AT NOW

I was told on the 17th October my passport would arrive in 1 week. I need to travel very soon. No one is answering the phone when I call your offices. I have also emailed you and would like a response as I am concerned in case my passport has got lost
